Thank you for using AutomateTube. We operate on a pay-as-you-go token system to provide our services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases.
1. Non-Refundable Tokens
All purchases of tokens on AutomateTube are non-refundable. By purchasing tokens, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided, except in cases explicitly outlined in this policy.
2. Free Tokens at Signup
Upon signup, you will receive a certain number of free tokens to test the Service. These tokens are provided for free and do not carry any monetary value. They are intended to give you an opportunity to explore our platform and services before making a paid purchase.
3. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If a technical issue on our platform prevents you from using the purchased tokens, we may provide a refund after our support team confirms the problem. To qualify, you must report the issue within 7 days of the purchase.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction has occurred, contact our support team immediately at support@automatetube.com. After investigation, we may issue a refund if the transaction is verified as unauthorized.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under the exceptions mentioned above, please contact our support team at support@automatetube.com. Please include:
- Your account email address.
- Transaction ID and date of the purchase.
- Detailed explanation of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
5. No Refund for Unused Tokens
Tokens purchased on AutomateTube do expire. However, if you decide not to use the Service or if your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any unused tokens in your account.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
AutomateTube reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service following the posting of changes will signify your acceptance of those changes.
